DENVER – The Western Athletic Conference and Adidas have entered into a three-year partnership in which the Portland, Ore., based company will be the official athletic footwear, apparel and accessory brand of the conference through the 2020-21 academic year.
With this new agreement, Adidas will supply the WAC with footwear, apparel, headwear and accessories for staff and championship events for the next three years.
The partnership was arranged by Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment who manages the WAC's sponsorship and marketing partners program.
"The WAC is extremely pleased to partner with Adidas over the next three years," WAC Commissioner Jeff Hurd said. "It is an outstanding opportunity as Adidas is a worldwide leader in the industry."
Adidas joins the Western Athletic Conference's partnership line-up which includes Gatorade, TickPick, Canon, GEICO, Balfour, Qualite Sports Lighting, Molten, Wilson and Rawlings.
