ARLINGTON, Texas – The major award winners and all-conference teams for the WAC baseball season were revealed on Monday on the eve of the 2025 University Credit Union WAC Baseball Tournament. All-conference awards were voted on by the nine WAC baseball member head coaches.

California Baptist’s Nick Dumesnil was named WAC Player of the Year, Sacramento State’s Evan Gibbons was voted WAC Pitcher of the Year, California Baptist’s Chris Ramirez claimed both WAC Defensive Player and Freshman of the Year accolades and Sacramento State skipper Reggie Christiansen earned his third career WAC Coach of the Year honor.

Regular season co-champion Sacramento State led all teams with five total players (four first team) included on WAC all-conference teams. California Baptist saw three players included on the first team, while conference co-champion Abilene Christian and Utah Valley each had two players named to the league’s first team.
