Introduction

The primary goal of WAC Compliance is to assist our member institutions in promoting successful athletic programs at the highest level of competition, characterized by academic, athletic and moral excellence in diverse collegiate environments. Respectively, we are committed to complying with all NCAA and conference rules and regulations. The WAC and our member institutions are expected to abide by the spirit of the rules governing students and intercollegiate athletics,and will be known for good sportsmanship and integrity.

In like manner, we encourage WAC supporters to know the NCAA and conference rules that are applicable to you and your role, and to make every effort to prevent rules violations. Please don’t hesitate to contact one of our member institutions or our office if you have any questions. Support the WAC, and always ASK before you ACT!
