2019 WAC Men's Basketball Tournament Bracket Announced

DENVER –
The bracket is set for the 2019 WAC Men's Basketball Tournament and the NM State Aggies will be the top seed at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

The Aggies earned the regular-season title and top seed after winning 15 consecutive WAC games to finish with a 15-1 record against conference opponents.

Utah Valley is the No. 2 seed after posting a 12-4 WAC record. Grand Canyon is the No. 3 seed with a record of 10-6 in WAC play.

The fourth seed is UT Rio Grande Valley and the Vaqueros will take on fifth-seeded CSU Bakersfield at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Seattle U is the No. 6 seed and will face Grand Canyon in the opening round. Kansas City is the seventh seed and will meet Utah Valley, while Chicago State is the No. 8 seed and will match up with NM State to open tournament play.

The tournament begins on Thursday, March 14, at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Thursday and Friday's games will be on ESPN+ with Saturday's championship game on ESPNU.

Thursday, March 14
Game One: No. 1 NM State vs. No. 8 Chicago State, noon (ESPN+)
Game Two: No. 4 UT Rio Grande Valley vs. No. 5 CSU Bakersfield, 2:30 p.m. (ESPN+)
Game Three: No. 2 Utah Valley vs. No. 7  Kansas City, 6 p.m. (ESPN+)
