Sheehan arrived at the WAC after spending two years as weekend sports anchor for WSIL News 3 in Carterville, Illinois. She added duties as a reporter and color commentator for Southern Illinois University athletics during her time at WSIL News 3. Sheehan previously served as a training camp digital content reporter for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills during the summer of 2019.

While at Syracuse, Sheehan worked on ACC Network broadcasts of Orange soccer and was a part of the broadcast team for athletic events at local Le Moyne College.
