ARLINGTON, Texas – Seattle U’s Rivekka Jumagulova has been named the TicketSmarter Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Golfer of the Week, for the tournament week ending on Wednesday, April 10.
 
Jumagulova, a junior, was the individual medalist representing the Redhawks as part of a team runner-up finish at the Montana Bobcat Desert Classic April 8-10 in Goodyear, Arizona. Jumagulova posted rounds of 66-67-71 to shoot 12-under-par 204 and outpoint Grand Canyon’s Constanza Guerrero by four strokes (208, -8). Jumagulova’s opening round 66 was tied for the lowest 18-hole score of the week at the Golf Club of Estrella, and she was the only golfer in the 98-player field to card multiple rounds in the 60s.
