ARLINGTON, Texas – Seattle University’s Yuan Lu and the doubles team of Yuan Lu and Yu-Han Hsieh have been honored as the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men’s Tennis Players of the Week, for the competition week ending on Sunday, Feb. 9.
Yuan Lu, a freshman, captured the award following his impressive performance against Sacramento State. Lu secured a commanding 6-4, 6-2 victory in singles play, propelling the Redhawks to an early lead.
In doubles action, Yuan Lu and Yu-Han Hsieh, a junior, secured the doubles point for Seattle U with a decisive 6-4 win, contributing significantly to their team’s overall success in the match.
