ARLINGTON, Texas – Tarleton State’s Lou Deltombe has been named the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Golfer of the Week for the tournament week that ended on Wednesday, Feb. 18.

Deltombe, a senior, was the top conference finisher at the Texas Golf Throwdown on Feb. 16-17 at the Woodlands Country Club. Deltombe claimed solo 16th place with a 54-hole score of 8-over-par 224 (74-76-74), as only two golfers in the 81-player field finished at par or better. Deltombe closed the tournament tied for third in the field in par-5 scoring average (4.75, -3).
