ARLINGTON, Texas – Utah Valley earned the top men’s seed in the 2026 Air Force Reserve Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Basketball Tournament that will take place from March 11-14 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

The Wolverines, who finished with a regular season record of 24-7 (14-4 WAC), secured their third all-time number one seed in the WAC Tournament and second consecutive top spot. Utah Valley is in search of its first WAC Tournament title and NCAA Championship berth.

Utah Valley will face the winner of No. 4 seed UT Arlington (17-13, 9-9 WAC) and No. 5 seed Southern Utah (10-21, 6-12 WAC) in the first tournament semifinal matchup on March 13 at 6 p.m. PT at the Orleans Arena. UTA and Southern Utah will meet in quarterfinal play on March 12 at 6 p.m. PT to open that round.

California Baptist (23-8, 13-5 WAC) settled into the second seed with wins in 13 of its final 15 games in the regular season. The Lancers will make their tournament debut in the second semifinal on March 13 at 8:30 p.m. PT and will face off against the winner of the quarterfinal round tilt featuring either No. 6 seed Abilene Christian (13-18, 5-13 WAC) or No. 7 seed Tarleton State (14-17, 5-13 WAC) versus No. 3 seed Utah Tech (18-14, 11-7 WAC) on March 12 at 8:30 p.m. PT. ACU and Tarleton State will kick off the tournament with a first round showdown on March 11 at 5:30 p.m. PT.

Early rounds of the 2026 Air Force Reserve WAC Basketball Tournament will be broadcast on ESPN+, with the men’s championship game scheduled to air live on ESPN2 at 9 p.m. PT on March 14.
