Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above WAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week Announced

ARLINGTON, Texas – Utah Valley’s Eme Stout and Maddie Passmore have been named the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, for the competition period between March 23rd and 31st. 
 
Stout, a freshman from Saratoga Springs, Utah, captured second place in the 100-meter dash at the UVU College Invite with a time of 11.74. That time is the third fastest in the WAC and fifth best in program history. Stout also ran the anchor leg of the Wolverines second place 4 x 100 relay team. 
 
Passmore, a junior from Clovis, Calif., tied a Utah Valley school record in the triple jump with a leap of 12.26 meters (40’2.75”) at the UVU College Invite. She also won the long jump in the meet, jumping 5.98 meters (19’7.5”). Both marks are good for second best in the WAC this season.
