2025 NCAA DI Women's Tennis Championship Bracket

ARLINGTON, Texas
– The Grand Canyon women’s tennis team officially received its automatic bid into the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Championship on Monday, drawing No. 14 national seed Texas.

The Lopes (13-10) will face the Longhorns (16-10) in Austin on May 2 at 1 p.m. CT in first round action. Texas reached the quarterfinals of the SEC Championship earlier this month before losing to top seeded Texas A&M.

Grand Canyon enters the national tournament on a roll after sweeping the competition at the 2025 WAC Tennis Tournament in Arlington, shutting out Abilene Christian and UT Arlington on its way to a third straight conference tournament crown. Dania Deaifi led four Lopes on the conference all-tournament team as its Most Outstanding Player, with teammates Gala Arangio, Bella Crossman and Karina Hofbauer also capturing all-tournament recognition.

The first two rounds of the 2025 NCAA tournament will take place May 2-3, followed by the Super Regionals occurring May 9-11. The women’s team championship rounds will be contested on May 15-18 at the Hurd Tennis Center in Waco.
