2026 WAC Men's Golf Championship Final Results

McKINNEY, Texas – Tarleton State completed the WAC golf sweep on Wednesday and won the 2026 WAC Men's Golf Championship at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club – Dye Course with a final score of 876 (+12), while UT Arlington’s Arth Sinha capped off a dominant week by winning the individual title after carding a final score of 209 (-7).

The Texans edged UT Arlington by one stroke, as the Mavericks finished in second place with a total score of 877 (+13). The Mavericks showed consistent performance across the rounds, with scores of 292, 296, and 289. Abilene Christian secured third place at 880 (+16), demonstrating a solid final round of 289. California Baptist followed closely in fourth, scoring 884 (+20), and Utah Valley completed the top five with a total of 889 (+25), finishing with a strong third round of 292.

Sinha, who led the field for the entire championship, opened the week with a 68 (-4) and followed with a 69 (-3) in the second round before finishing with a 72 (E) in the final round. CBU’s Jared Abercrombie secured the runner-up position, finishing five strokes behind Sinha at 214 (-2) after posting back-to-back 70s (-2) in the final two rounds. Tarleton State’s Alvaro Pastor rounded out the top three with a score of 215 (-1), highlighted by a second-round score of 70 (-2).
 
Tarleton State and Sinha now look forward to the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Selection Show on Wednesday, May 6 at 2 p.m. ET on the GOLF Channel where they will find out where they will be playing in the NCAA Regionals scheduled for May 15-17.
