ARLINGTON, Texas – Seattle U’s Kevin Li has been named the University Credit Union Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men’s Golfer of the Week for the tournament week ending Tuesday, March 25.

Li, the 2024 WAC individual medalist, posted his best showing of the season for Seattle U during the UC San Diego Invitational on March 23-25 at the Torrey Pines South Course in La Jolla, California. Li carded rounds of 75-69-73 to finish as the outright runner-up at 1-over-par 217, as only the tournament medalist finished under par for the event. Li capped the week with a 4.67 (-4) scoring average on par-5s, and his second round 3-under 69 was one of just four rounds in the 60s shot during the tournament.
