ARLINGTON, Texas – Utah Valley’s Dane Huddleston has been named the University Credit Union Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Men’s Golfer of the Week for the tournament week ending Wednesday, April 9.

Huddleston captured his third WAC golfer of the week accolade in the 2025 season after finishing in the top three of a tournament for the sixth time in 10 starts. Huddleston was solo third place at the UCSB Gaucho Invite on April 7-8 at Sandpiper Golf Club in Santa Barbara, California. Huddleston fired rounds of 68-70-71 to finish at 7-under-par 209. Huddleston led the field in par-4 scoring with a 3.73 (-8) stroke average and rolled in 12 total birdies during the tournament.
