ARLINGTON, Texas – Tarleton State’s Lauren Roy and Prestina Ochonogor are the Jersey Mike’s A Sub Above Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, for the competition period between April 22 and 29.

Roy, a senior from Ballymena, Northern Ireland, was the top collegiate finisher in the 100-meter dash at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco, with a time of 11.08 – the  14^th best time in the NCAA this season.

Ochonogor, a sophomore from Benin, Nigeria, had the 10^th best long jump in the NCAA this season going 6.50m (21’4”) also at the Michael Johnson Invitational.
